Applying to Rebel Junk

How do I apply?
Complete the online Vendor Application and include current booth and merchandise photographs. Photos are an important part of our review.
Is Rebel Junk a juried market?

Yes. Applications are reviewed based on:

  • Merchandise quality
  • Booth presentation
  • Product originality
  • Overall fit with the event
  • Category balance
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or booth placement. Every market is curated based on available space and the overall mix of vendors.
Can I apply for more than one market?
Yes. You may select multiple Rebel Junk markets and opportunities on the same application.
Can a first-time vendor apply?
Absolutely. We enjoy discovering new businesses. Quality merchandise, clear photographs, thoughtful presentation, and professionalism are more important than years of market experience.

Booth Information

Spaces, Displays and Equipment

What booth sizes are available?
Typical spaces may include 10' × 10', 10' × 20', and 10' × 30'. Available dimensions may vary by venue and event.
Can I request a specific booth?
Yes. You may include a request with your application. We will do our best to accommodate it, but placement cannot be guaranteed.
Are tables and chairs provided?
No. Vendors should bring their own tables, chairs, display fixtures, lighting, signage, and other equipment unless an event states otherwise.
Is electricity available?
Electrical access is limited and must be requested during the application process. Approval depends on venue availability and booth placement.

What You May Sell

What merchandise categories are accepted?

Depending on the event, accepted categories may include:

  • Vintage and antiques
  • Furniture and home décor
  • Architectural salvage
  • Vintage and boutique clothing
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Handmade goods
  • Art, garden items, and plants
  • Western lifestyle products
  • Specialty food and beverages
What merchandise is not accepted?
Counterfeit, offensive, unsafe, prohibited, or garage-sale-style merchandise is not permitted. Rebel Junk may request the removal of products that were not disclosed or approved during the application process.
Can handmade businesses apply?
Yes. Thoughtfully made products that complement the Rebel Junk experience are welcome to apply.

Acceptance and Payments

Reserving Your Space

When is booth payment due?
Accepted vendors will receive booth pricing, payment instructions, deadlines, and reservation details with their acceptance information.
What payment methods are accepted?
We will send an invoice from either Square or Paypal.
Are booth fees refundable?
Cancellation and refund terms will be provided with acceptance information and must be reviewed before payment.

Before the Event

Preparing for Market Weekend

When will I receive my booth assignment?
Booth assignments will be released before the event through Market HQ and may also be announced by email.
When will load-in information be available?
Accepted vendors will receive a load-in schedule, entrance instructions, parking information, maps, and event-specific details before market weekend.
Can I unload near my booth?
This depends on the event and venue. Scheduled arrival windows and unloading instructions will be provided in Market HQ.

Market Weekend Questions

Are outdoor markets held rain or shine?
Outdoor markets are generally held rain or shine unless severe conditions create a safety concern. Event-specific weather policies will be communicated before the market.
Can I leave before the advertised closing time?
No. Vendors are expected to remain fully open during all advertised market hours. Early teardown may affect future participation.
Where will vendors park?
Vendor parking areas, entrances, and trailer instructions will be included in Market HQ and the event load-in information.
Who do I contact if I need assistance?
Market support information, emergency contacts, and the Information Booth location will be listed in Market HQ for each event.

Promotion

Marketing Your Participation

Will Rebel Junk promote my business?
Rebel Junk promotes markets and selected vendors through social media, email, website content, advertising, vendor spotlights, and community outreach. Individual features are not guaranteed.
Will I receive promotional graphics?
Yes. Approved vendors will receive access to event logos, social media graphics, story templates, badges, and other promotional materials through Market HQ.
May Rebel Junk use my submitted photographs?
Your application includes permission language regarding promotional photography. Review that language carefully before submitting.
