Rebel Junk, a multi vendor show, offers an opportunity to sell a wide variety of merchandise from smalls to furniture. We are committed to producing a quality show and will be advertising with flyers, publicity ads in local/major newspapers and magazines, and various social media organizations.

The undersigned exhibitor hereby applies for exhibition space at the above named show and encloses payment herein. Rebel Junk, Funky Junk Sisters (FJS), its workers, the Sponsor, the hosted venue, shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Exhibitor, its agent or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitor waves any claim against Rebel Junk, FJS, the Sponsor, the hosted venue.The Exhibitor assumes all liability for loss or damage to Exhibitors property entrusted to the premises.

Exhibitor shall hold Rebel Junk, FJS, the Sponsor, the hosted venue,harmless and shall indemnify Rebel Junk, FJS, the Sponsor, the hosted venue against all liability or expense arising out of any claim or injury or damage to any person or property together will all cost in connection with defense thereto, including attorney’s fees. The above mentioned parties will not be held responsible if show is cancelled for any reason.

Vendors are not permitted to resell other items purchased from other vendors at the same show or sell any merchandise bearing Rebel Junk, Funky Junk Sisters, or Junk Salvation logo. Rebel Junk and FJS reserve the right to demand removal by Exhibitor of any item which may not be in keeping with the shows image. Rebel Junk and the FJS reserve to make rules and regulations and any interpretation as is set forth by Rebel Junk and the FJS.

All municipal, state and federal requirements in connection with sales must be fulfilled, including licenses and permits, sales tax, electrical, fire department regulations and no smoking ordinances.
No pets allowed in buildings.

You may be photographed by Rebel Junk and FJS photographer and various media outlets, and may be filmed by various entities. The images and/or film may be used as promotional material by Rebel Junk or FJS or various entities, as approved by Rebel Junk and FJS, and belong solely to Rebel Junk and FJS and/or various entities.

This contract cannot be assigned without written consent of Rebel Junk and FJS. No booth may be shared without the prior written consent of Rebel Junk.

Full payment is due at time of application. Space is not reserved until payment is received.

Cancellation: SPACE RENTAL FEES WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF EXHIBITOR CANCELS. Any exhibitor who fails to show up for any show for which he/she has contracted will forfeit space rental fee. Any vendor cancellations within 2 weeks of the show will not be credited towards the next market for there is not enough time to find replacements for your space. Should any show be cancelled by Rebel Junk or FJS, for any reason, this contract is null and void, and Exhibitor waives any and all claims, except for space rental fee return. No REFUND if a show is cancelled for WEATHER or ACT of God related conditions, the fee will be carried over to the next available show within 50 mile radius.
